Las Vegas, Nevada, is a popular travel destination that attracts visitors from all over the world due to its multitude of casinos and hotels, the non-stop bustle of The Strip and its unrivaled nightlife. But seasoned travelers know there’s more to Vegas than the gambling and glamour. Its also a family-friendly destination—and that includes four-legged family members. The entire area is teeming with hotels, attractions and restaurants that increasingly welcome pups and their parents, making it a great pet-friendly vacation destination. “Las Vegas is, at its heart—underneath all the glitz, glitter and showgirls—a very small town,” says Cathy Brooks, owner of The Hydrant Club, a doggy daycare and training center in Downtown Las Vegas. “[Residents] really care about their neighbors and engage with each other.
